While reporting administratively to the Vice President, People, Performance & Operations, the Director of Finance & Controller maintains an independent and direct accountability relationship with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors regarding financial reporting, audit outcomes, regulatory compliance, financial risk management, and the overall integrity of the organization's financial statements.

The manager will support and oversee clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. The role will promote quality patient care by optimizing evidence-based medication use, ensuring medication safety for all that the department serves. The Pharmacy Manager will provide leadership to pharmacy staff, foster interdisciplinary collaboration and drive continuous improvement in pharmacy practice.
